• Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the reserved time will be processed without any charges.
• Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your reservation, a cancellation fee may apply as described below.
• No-Shows: If you do not attend your booking without prior cancellation, the full booking fee will be charged, and no refund will be provided.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued under specific circumstances as follows:

• Full Refund: If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance, you will be eligible for a full refund.
• Partial Refund: For cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation, a partial refund may be offered after deducting the applicable cancellation fee.
• Event Cancellation: If Turf Nation must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

Cancellation Fees

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled reservation, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking cost may apply. This fee helps us cover operational costs and ensure fairness to other guests.

Processing of Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

Modifications to Bookings

You may request to modify your booking time or date, subject to availability. Modification requests made within 24 hours of the reservation time may incur a rescheduling fee. Please contact us as early as possible to accommodate your needs.
