Tap the "Sign Up" button on the login screen. Enter your name, email, phone number, and create a password. Verify your email/phone to activate your account.

Confirmed bookings have no cash refund. Cancel at least 48 hours before kickoff to request a reschedule within 3 months (subject to availability). Cancellations under 48 hours or no-shows forfeit the booking with no reschedule rights. Manage cancellations from your bookings page after signing in.

TurfNation does not issue cash refunds after confirmation. Eligible cancellations (≥48 hours before kickoff) may be rescheduled within 3 months. Late cancel or no-show: the paid amount is retained.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

Most turfs allow bookings up to 7-30 days in advance. The exact timeframe depends on the turf owner's settings. You can see available dates when selecting a turf.

Yes! When booking, you can specify the number of players. You can also create a team in the Teams section and book as a team.

Go to Profile tab → Edit Profile. You can update your name, email, phone number, and profile picture. Don't forget to save your changes.

Yes. Footballs, cricket kits, badminton rackets, and basketballs are available for rent at a small fee.
